They must get his heart two sizes bigger and make him believe he’s the best Christmas Cheermeister in Whoville. The clock is ticking. Christmas doesn’t start until he says the magic words…

Wrongsemble Theatre Company presents ‘The Princess and the Sprout & Other Festive Tales’, the only festive show in Leeds this year catering specifically to 3-8 year old audiences.
Deep within the stacks of Leeds Central Library something magical is happening – a host of children’s stories have sprung to life from the pages of the books! Don’t miss these fantastic festive fairy-tales brought to the stage by the brilliant Wrongsemble, with a sprinkling of live music, wonderful characters and beautiful puppetry. Followed by an interactive stay and play session with the cast on stage after the show.

Bring the whole family along to the outdoor promenade nativity play in the ruins of Bolton Priory. Starring farm animals and young members of the community, it promises to be a memorable, festive experience.
Performances will last approximately one hour. The performance will move around the priory ruins. Warm clothing and suitable, sturdy footwear is advisable. There will be opportunities to meet the animals after each show.
Refreshments will be on sale after each performance in the West Tower.
